The "dancer" is putting in much energy and exaggerating her moves for the sake of the performance, while the "idol" has well controlled energy, making her look composed and elegant.
One thing to learn from the idol in the back is that she is always looking at the camera which helps in giving you the spotlight....I just noticed cause I am a choreographer...btw AMAZING ❤❤❤

A lot of idols are also nowhere near the astounding skill level of real dangers. They're more performers than dancers...

They also have a very small dance box onto the top half, with very clean lines! The dancer: More fuller dance that does not really limit any big moves and has a more intense dance style with sharp moves and very violent but perfect hair flips (Im not a professional, just have good eyes for dance 😋)
