I do not think that the last example is correct since there is no C-C double bond peak in the spectrum, I agree with the rest but just because there is sp2 H peak, it does not mean that there is gonna be an alkene, you should check the C-C double bond peak too and unfortunately it does not exist.
It is supposed to be between 1630-1680 wn or 1900-2000 wn.
