+Tom Whaley I mostly use the Sony DSC HX50V. I think the sound is great if you can get in the right spot in the show and the 30x optical zoom is amazing if you don't over-do it. The image stabilization is also very good. During some of these songs I'm literally jumping up and down with a beer in my other hand. I've gotten pretty good at holding the camera in one hand and controlling the zoom with one finger. You've got to watch these videos on a big TV to appreciate the 1080p resolution! It's like being at the concert again in your own living room.
Hah, I use a Sony DSC-HX30V! Yours is basically the upgraded version of mine, and man it shows! Your footage looks incredible, and you do a great job keeping the camera exactly where it needs to be. Thanks for the info! Cheers!
Tom Whaley LOL, if you watch the Houston NYE videos, they were all shot with the HX30V! The great thing about upgrading is the controls are basically the same.
Blue Johnson haha that's awesome! The Sony Cybershots do well with concert footage. The audio comes out decent and the video does too. I think it's one of the best cameras you can get for concert videos.
These guys are legit better live than they are in studio. I've seen them live twice and I'm always blown away
Thank you for beautiful music Justin.
My favorite part of this song live is when the crowd sings "Into the Ocean, end it all" several times at the end. Shows how much love BO gets :D
There is no more memorable violin melody for me
Yeah buddy!
Thanks brother ☺
What kind of camera is this? The quality if great! I record shows in NJ and I've been using the same thing for years now. Looking to upgrade.
