I hope you don’t mind me pointing this out, as I mean no offense, but I noticed a small spelling mistake: it should be "Fermentation," not "Permutation." I’d recommend reviewing the entire video for errors before uploading it next time. Thanks again!
I tried preparing benne dosey and was about 85% successful I think,as I have not tasted the original dosey ! But the chutney was awesome 👌 By the way I have a doubt. Should we not put OIL around the dosey batter after putting it on the tawa?Like for the regular dosey ?? I did not see you putting any oil around. Only dollops of Butter was put on the dosey. Please clarify sir....

I noticed insect in it ,Bangalore weather,it is normal,keep the beaten rice in the sunlight for few hours,it will get away from either rice or poha.

Wrap the batter utensils in a shawl and keep the utensil in a wooden cupboard it will ferment in 8 hours

It’s not permutation it’s called fermentation , also plse pronounce Kannada words properly it’s not ‘Hakki’ it’s ‘Akki’ ….looks yum , will try .
