Still, Blade Man could have a clash with Sword Man, but who would win? 9: Magnet Man appears Easy, why I go for him first. Magnet Missile helps a bit. 8: Cut Man? Holy crud. Well, can't have a countdown without him. 7: Bomb Man, Napalm Man, Grenade Man, Commando Man and Boomer from Skylanders should be in their own movie and Michael Bay can direct it. 6: About Metal Man being broken, what about the Ultimate Armor from X4-X6. Isn't it broken considering how many times you can spam Nova Strike? 5: Shadow Man seems cool and he might give Naruto a run for his money. Shadow Blade is excellent along with his cool DESIGN. 4: Galaxy Man is rather cool. Got a great STAGE and his weapon is awesome. 3: Pharaoh Man is pretty awesome. Had a good FIGHT with a cool weapon and he will choose Astarte from Castlevania as his queen. 2: Ballade... he was a cool guy, too bad he was also a bad guy. He could've been good friends with Mega Man. Talk about EMOTIONAL IMPACT. 1: Sunstar. where do I even begin with him. He's got all the ingredients and he could've been buds with Mega Man as well. The Ultimate Armor has to be found in a fortress stage in X5-6 and requires a flat-out *CHEAT CODE* in X4! Metal Blade, nobody CAN'T have it in the fortress for Mega Man 2.

I had just found this list today, and I loved your choice for number one. It has been almost seventeen years, give or take, since I fought Sunstar, and his name came to me before you mentioned it. A perfect choice for number one.
I'm somewhat surprised that Bright Man didn't make the honorable mentions. (His flash stopper allows you to stop time, as well as letting you use the mega buster, unlike time stopper, which eats up all its weapon energy in one go.)
I SWEAR! I never played Megaman 5 on gameboy, or even cared to see walkthroughs of it. But after seeing some parts of this list, I checked on Wikipedia to know more. And then... I easily figured out what #1's gonna be. And it's AWESOME! One day I'm giving the game a try!
Imagine a Megaman game with all the robot masters and levels that you can choose who you fight in any order. With Wily and Sigma together as the final boss.
Man this list was great for almost being 11 years old. This had age pretty well. Hopefully he does more of these in the future, even if it might not happen.
I'd love to see your opinion of the many bosses in the Mega Man Battle Network series. I grew up playing many of the X series and Battle Network, so both the RPG and classic side-scroller are great fun for me, and seeing how much dedication you put to the original, I respect your opinion. This makes me want to get back to my Mega Man game roots, time to pop in X 8 and see if I still suck as bad I did so many years ago.
I think the same way you feel about Megaman is the same way I feel about Pokemon. Though it keeps a very similar formula, it always gives me so much I can learn from it. And even though it's just a video game, it feels that it can get very deep and impactful as the franchise continues to live on. Aside from it lacking more of a challenge factor, it always gives me more to learn. I'll always have a mark in my life from some of my favorite Pokemon games as well as some of my favorite Pokemon :)
I always found drill man to have my favorite design in the series. It's such a simple design but he looks so cool. Also I was just watching Gurren Lagann so I might have that clouding my mind, but he's still awesome.
Spark Man, with his stage, design, fight and especially MUSIC totally deserves to be on the list! Don't replace him, his concept and aura belongs to be here!
I find solar man from megaman 10 to be a really cool robot master. His design fits for him being a hothead, his stage is very fun and challenging (minus the mini-boss) and his fight is fun once you get used to it. Also, I find his weapon underrated, it may be a bit slow, but it's powerful, shoots forward and backward, and passes through shielded enemies.
