lol, the NoA presented to the bank by the customer is fake. They show very high income on the fake NoA, linking it with the CRA will reveal their actual income and people wont qualify for mortgage. Not qualified to buy a home means unsold home, unsold home means more supply less demand. Prices will decrease. Hope that helps.
