So for plyometrics, you do 50 ice skaters 15 single leg hops (both sides) 15 double leg hops How many of the last exercise do you do? The one where you walk off, squat, then jump up? And then you repeat everything twice to get roughly 250 contacts? How many times a week do you do this routine? Thanks
Yes exactly. I do 10 of the last exercise. You’re only supposed to get 250 per week. So you can do it twice a week and get 125 contacts or once with 250.

It’s not too different from outdoor, but there’s definitely some changes. I honestly like the 200m track because you can get more spilts. But for the 800m definitely get out hard so you don’t get boxed, getting boxed in indoor isn’t fun. Goodluck!
