Both these guitars sound fabulous and it depends on the guitarist if they are looking for a warm mellow sound (A6) or a tight projecting sound (A8)

Hi please make a video on various types of bridges on electric Guitar
I listened using high quality hifi headphones. I found the A8 to have a more pronounced and warmer mid-range when you played, more noticeable when strummed but not exclusively. I own the A6 and also the GA10 (both mahogany back/sides). My A6 is noticeably more articulate with ringing high notes than the GA10-but I've found that the lower end in both is very similar, well-defined but not boomy. I felt that the A8 in your video also similar in this respect to my A6 and GA10. I use DR Veritas strings on both and they sound good for a long time. Thanks for the review, and your previous ones. PS I decided to but the A8 before seeing your video and have one on order.

How has the experience been? I was hard pressed to choose between the A8 and OC8, but eventually went for the latter. Should arrive in a day or two, so I'll soon know if I've made a good choice.
I also bought an OC8 about 6 months ago. Very impressed. A luthier friend of my reckons it sounds very like an equivalent Martin@@PemaWangchuk12
Seems like both of us got it around the same time. And it's only gotten better since. Quite evenly balanced across the board, finger-picking is an absolute joy as expected. It's, in fact, how it takes meaty strumming into stride that really impressed me. How does it stack up against the A8?
I have a GA-10F, I found the bass is really lacking and not pronounced at all, and not being full solid, the resonance isn't great
I find the A8 more pleasing for strumming which would make it my choice. Great comparison. A very helpful review. Many thanks
I agree,but,that also make A6 too expensive for the lack of quality.I can buy Taylor,or Martin for that money!
I like how the A6 looks, but how the A8 sounds

Another difference is the inlays markers on the fretboard..😁
It is almost impossible to differentiate. Best to play with our own hands and listen.
Hi, is the top on the 2 guitars of different grade? I have not seen it mentioned anywhere that the top used in A8 is of master grade.

☑️ I just love the mahogany tonewood esthetic and sound in general and the A6 is no disappointment here ; but I'll take a master grade burst top any day and the tone was yes more Rosewood like , so both are great but I'd buy the A8 ❗️🤔 🥸 🙃

Dunno if you got one, but if you can stretch your budget a bit, the Faith Apollo and Cort Core series are both outstanding

The Core series is a barebones guitar with solid woods, the Gold series has better aesthetics, features etc

That model would be Gold D8 if u want dreadnought and Gold O8 if u want OM shape.
