Excellent vid. My 2018 IS300 experiences what I consider to be unacceptable turbo lag. Do you feel a significant change in responsiveness? If I punch it from a standing start, I'll experience a 2 second delay/lag. Does this resonator reduce this issue (based on your opinion/experience)? Thanks.
It doesn’t do much to help honestly but I do notice a little improvement and overall it does feel like more air is flowing through throughout the power band
@@MTParadise thanks. An unrelated question (sort of): just recently have been experiencing a hesitation upon hard acceleration. Usually I feel it at about 4000 rpm where it hesitates, then accelerates in an erratic manner all the way up to the red line. Air filter is new. Plugs and coil packs have about 20,000 miles on them. Could it be a mass airflow sensor? I don't want to chase this too long, as it gets expensive, but if it's something minor, I hate to give my mechanic a ton of cash to change our a coil pack or the mass airflow sensor (as it's easy to do). Any thoughts? Thanks.
@@teemu60I know I’m a little late but I’ve heard the torque management system causes the motor to pull throttle when it reaches a certain amount of torque or horsepower. If you can figure out how to avoid that by tuning the torque management with the d3 pro tuner, it should help.

@@teemu60 with a previous car I had something like that and it was the MAF sensor. Hopefully that is all it is

what was differen when you change it? it gives more hp?
Slight increase with that and throttle response and more sound. I don’t how exactly but I did notice a sound difference for sure
