    Thank you Paul for such a beautiful and graceful description of us! It's very humbling to hear and encouraging too! We are always in awe of your ability to make things clear and how you help humans see how God's love can be so tangible and accessible!

    I’m so thankful for the depths of spiritual discernment you are sharing. To me you are bringing oxygen into the sealed sanctuaries whose atmospheres have been deficient of the oxygen of the great news of the gospel for far too long.

    Hi Paul.I struggled with ontology.You have made it much clearer.Yes,as a person think in the heart so are they,even if it is a lie.May the way of our being match the truth of our being.Holy Spirit,Little objective reality of who we are in Christ please.
    Paul you went through some shit in your life.
    You are a blessing.This may sound crazy but I am not sure you would've been as big a blessing if you hadn't went through it.I wish I could spend a day with you.

    He mentioned Jordan Peterson! I listened through this lectures and constantly thinking about Jordan Peterson and his views on truth, Being, order. So close to Paul theme!

      But a relationship with The Trinity IS mystery. The certainty comes from knowing you're accepted as you are NOW, by the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

    Mr. Young,
    I admire your journey, you were pressed but not broken. You have come so far and chose to share your heart and thoughts with all of us. ♥️
    I watched the Making of the Shack on Amazon and I liked it more than your film. I like your film as well but listening to you was like a balm to my spirit. The story you shared of your mother as a young nurse was spellbinding. ♥️
    By the way, may I ask you to speak always politely, please?
    Shß# is vulgar and profane. As a noun, it refers to fecal matter, and as a verb it means to defecate; in the plural it means diarrhoea.
    I hope you consider my tiny request.
    Warm Regards,
    CD.

    • @DrummerGrrrl
      @DrummerGrrrl 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      He isn't using "bad words" to be profane, he's doing it to prove a point about the myth of "a sin nature". If the only take away from this video is him using bad words, you're missing the point.

      I just have to ask, is your question c.q. request above an ontological question or....the way of being? I'm trying to find the truth of being in your words there and I'm somehow confused. At first sight your words seem "kind" but they are really hurting too.

    This is Ontology/Epistemology in a Nutshell: in order to be known, a thing must have Being, and in reciprocal Relationship, to have Being a thing must be Known. So, known unto GOD are All His Works from before the foundation of the world. For of Him, and through Him and to Him Are All Things to Whom be Glory forever! The true Creation is not "ex nihilo nihil fit", for The Things That Are, Reality, have Always Been known unto GOD, and to all illusion He simply says, "I never knew you or it."

      Leave the "old wives tale" saga of "Adam 'n Eve" out of your Theology, as Jesus does in the Red Letter Gospels, and thereby add greater Authenticity to your excellent Universalistist Ministry.

    • @waynesumner1829
      @waynesumner1829 ปีที่แล้ว

      If God, G-o-d, Genesis One's Deity, created Adam ' Eve in His own "image" and likeness, then He was a hot-air, puffed up, two-legged, bloody bag-o-bones. Genesis 1:26 "man" was never "Adam", the "formed" dust man of Genesis 2:7. This is Spirit vs. flesh; Creation as opposed to "generation'.

    44:00 The devastation of creation might be worth it for God, but not for the devastated. Does the chaos of creation not allude to God being neither Love, nor good all the time? I certainly think so.

      Mutilated or not, how damaged a person can be, God still loves the person, unconditionally. That's how I understand it. The AGAPE. At the creation time God knew that with the ability to say "no" we may end up turning our back away from God, but still the unconditional love was as much as it was from the beginning. That's my understanding of this one.

    Can anyone suggest a preacher who speaks to the heart and not the head? I listen to all this stuff from Paul, Baxter, Brad etc, and really enjoy it, but it doesn't have the power to change me or anything in my life.

      That is right, they are only talking words, but the words are telling you where to look for your healing or how to think about your healing, they are not your healers. They are telling you how to think about your being. You get to make the decision about how you want to be. Then you set out to change the things you can. Don't set out to change a personality trait just to satisfy your ego or vanity or even to just get rid of pain. Soberly evaluate yourself, don,t think more highly of yourself than you ought, don,t think more lowly of yourself than you ought. If you want to be kind, be kind etc.etc. If fear is your problem , be realistic and honest it may never completely go away in this lifetime . Shame may shape our lives and cripple us . We can think about these things and have healthy strategies to get ourselves back into equilibrium. Trust Gods' union with you. In the final analysis He turns the water into wine , but we do show our faith by our works even if that is only a couple of sardines and a loaf of bread, a bruised reed he will not break and a smoking flax he will not quench. We do have capacity even if it is limited and that testifies to what we hope for .

      This might sound weird, but try and listen to your heart and God who already lives in you. Or do the two way prayer - write to God. Get quiet and ask God to write/speak back. Whatever comes. Just a thought.

    Beliefs and believe are the weakest, and most deceptive words in religious circles. They are illusory judgements that never reach the Certainty of Revelation Knowledge. When the Godhead bestows Their Knowledge We All partake in Their Divine Omniscience and beliefs and perceptions all vanish. So thank God I have no beliefs. What I know I Recognize. What I don't know, I don't believe! Only The Truth is True. AMEN!

    I love Wm. Paul Young but I really didn't need to hear him sucking loudly on a mint or whatever it was. He needs to move the mic away from his mouth OR sip water from time to time. I almost couldn't get to the end of the video for the mouth noise.
