The movies are better than the books because TESSA has absolutely no pride or self respect in the books regarding her relationship with Hardin - such a turn off. She seem# a little stronger in the movies.
They have trouble communicating with each other that's her biggest iswhen something goes wrong with harden he just wants to let tessa live her life but then he can't stay away

The fact that she could have saved herself and had a healthy relationship with her boyfriend if she hadn’t have let the healthy one go in the first move though…
