Dan here from uk i have a tip for you if you want a led/rgb ceiling put strips of rgb on the ceiling and cover it all with cotton make sure the rgb light cant catch it on flames and it looks like clouds with a dark rainbow storm i wish i had that tbh but just saying
That computer is almost on the edge of being obsolete. If you are going the Intel way (which I congratulate) do it right, go for an I7 or even better an I9 (no need to go for the ultimate cpu, a 12900K is really powerfull even though it's two generations old, yet way better than an I5) and for GPU, I wouldn't go for anything below an RTX 3080, always look for 80/90 as the last two digits, those are the most powerfull cards of each generation on NVidia. Also, with a case so small, there is no much room for airflow and cooling which can impact performance badly.

The desk should be clean and free of dirt and any other items except for three big, powerful speakers and two more at the back of the room and four overhead speakers in a Dolby Atmos configuration connected to a home theatre amplifier. The PC Master race doesn't cut corners!
