Fun fact patliputra junction is big and beautiful but it's not the main station the main station which is Patna junction is much bigger and beautiful. I always promote south India, for foreigners because it's more developed rich, climate is good and foreigners can adjust easily to India. However it seems some people are filled with hate and prejudice for northern states. I had no intention of doing it, but you need education. According to NCRB data in 2021 in terms of per capita crime and crime density(100km^2) both Uttar Pradesh and Bihar were ranked below Kerala and Tamilnadu and puducherry. You are more likely to encounter a crime in Kerala and Tamilnadu than in UP.
From 2018 to 2021 both Kerala and Tamilnadu had higher crime rates than UP and Bihar. What more in 2020 they even overtook Delhi in crime rate. So think before you malign some states.

You can think of it that way. 😅 We just don't want to pay more. Hotels and restaurants pay a fixed amount of money. We took the bus because we didn't have a train ticket, but it was good for the price. In the case of ricksha, sometimes you ask for too much money from travelers, so it's good to take a shared ricksha.
