About The Movie King Arthur and Robin Hood: This movie was produced by Small Entertainment, Thames Television, and Gaumont. Although it’s a French logo, the characters and the songs are English. This happened in the Medieval Times based on a novel book written and illustrated by Brendon Small. It starts with a jester juggling balls and playing pranks on the villagers. Suddenly, King Arthur is on an outing with his men, and then he sees the jester up to his old tricks. He decides to cut his head off, hence forth, says “Off with his head!” They now start the revolution and his servants cut his head off. Suddenly, it begins to rain. All the people and King Arthur head back inside. In the castle, there was a princess named Guinevere. Her father wanted her to marry a man with handsomeness and a loving heart, but no matter how hard he tried, his daughter was thinking of someone to marry. Deep in the forest, there was Robin Hood shooting a wild deer. He would bring it back to the village for the peasants to cook (by the end of what I am saying, I will explain the cast of the movie). Meanwhile, King Arthur was going to fetch water from the brook. When he came to the brook in the forest, he saw Robin Hood fishing. King Arthur decided to slay Robin Hood to the death. They fought until the arrow hit a poster that said, “Wanted! Dead Or Alive! For Stealing From The Rich!” King Arther was shocked by his ways, so he proclaimed to the villagers, “I, King Arthur, hearby decree, that me and Robin Rood shall be allies forever!” A little while later, Guinevere was daydreaming by the window, when Robin Hood came. Guinevere was surprised, for he was a man of handsomeness and a loving heart. King Arthur was surprised because he found his riches gone. When he saw his daughter and Robin Hood walking hand in hand, he was angry. With a raging face, he grabbed his daughter’s hand, and said to Robin Hood, “You! You dare to steal my riches, and now, walking with my daughter?! I will never allow it! NEVER!” Guinevere, with a sad face, walked back to the castle with her father. One night at dinner, Guinevere couldn’t stop thinking about her loved one. “How could you?!” she said to her father. “Why could you take him away from me?!” Her father out down his spoon saying, “I wanted you to marry a man with handsomeness and a loving heart! Not a hunter who steals my riches giving them to the peasants! Now, go to your room! NOW!” With tears coming out of her eyes, she went to her room. The king went to the inn after dinner, and with a sad face, talked to the innkeeper. “What’s a poor king to do?” he said to the innkeeper. “What to do when a foolish king shouts at a hunter who steals from me?” The innkeeper, Daullopus, looked at the king saying, “Got a problem? Does your daughter want to marry?” The king nodded. “Ah.” said Daullopus. “Well, I heard she was stolen by a dragon who wants to marry.” Arthur, surprised, knew his mistake, and decided to save his daughter. He ran out of the village and into the woods. There, he saw Robin Hood sitting on a stump. He ran to the sad hunter and said, “Forgive me. Please forgive a foolish king to reject my daughter from marrying you?” Robin Hood now forgives the king. Together, they save Guinevere from the dragon. Guinevere, with eyes as sparkling as diamonds, forgives her father. The innkeeper, his servants, and the villagers cheer for Arthur and Robin Hood, and so Guinevere marries Robin Hood. And King Arthur was happy as ever. The movie is 2:58:21 minutes long and can be seen on Starz Encore.
