Soreframe-Siemens ML90

This video shows a ride on an ML90 train on the blue line in Lisbon, Portugal. 56 3-car sets were purchased in between 1993 and 1996 and coupled to form 28 6-car trains.

It's a bit more complicated than that, the traction motors are powered by a traction chain composed of a two quadrant gto chopper and a thyristor phase sequence inverter ;)
