I have just bought one. ¡what a disappointment! The sound you hear in this video is going through all kinds of equalizations, because the guitar doesn't sound like that. In fact, the only knob that works is the volume knob. The other two do absolutely nothing. Again: what a disappointment! Can someone tell me what I can do to make the knobs work (only the volume one does)? Has anyone from Cordoba factory a solution for me, please?

I just tested one out at a shop and the knobs did work, and it sound pretty much like in the video (through my Yamaha THR30ii amp).
Maybe you should go back to the store and let them check/replace it for you?
Me too. It sounds like a banjo. Tuning key broke after a week. It's expensive in my country.
