For those asking, yes she's lip synching. In fact, it looks as if they're all synching to a track. This usually happens for award shows, or sporting events. Which makes me think thats what this is from. If it's from their own concert, it must be because of their staging with the drummer spinning and the guitarists being lifted on platforms. Which if thats the case, it's sad AF, never sacrifice authenticity for stupid stage gimmicks. You're not acrobats performing for "Cirque du Soliel," you're a rock band. Play your damn instruments and sing for real when performing your music live.
I mean unless your joey when he was apart of slipknot and still with us R.I.P, he may night have sung but he played drums 50 odd times faster then her whilst spinning in the dam side

It's a quick second, but if you break it down, her head is completely facing away from the mic while her "vocals" are still sliding through with gusto. You don't hear her voice drift away from the mic at any point in this performance, which is virtually impossible in her position.
Gotta thank Kiss for there stage innovations. with the all there stage gimmicks back in the the 70s and how bands today have taken them to the next level.
