Isn’t that crazy how dry it’s been here but now it’s supposed to rain all weekend, the one day I want it to be dry here! 😆

How has the weather been for you this Spring where you're at? In the Midwest it's been very hot and dry. Just been trying to figure on cutting high and am thinking of just a little natural granular fertilizer.

Yep here in WI we’ve had the same thing very hot and dry spring. Really putting my sprinklers to the test with my overseed in the front lawn 😆🥵. Just in the last week has it cooled down again and it’s rained twice this week and had a high of about 65 today lol so it’s just all over the place I guess. Nice break for the grass. Yeah I would definitely continue to mow high and use an organic fertilizer something slow release nitrogen so you don’t stress the lawn out. You can keep it from going dormant with surprisingly little water. Neighbors don’t water at all and it looks like crap. But even just twice a week a half inch of water each time that’s all it needs to stay nice and green. Good luck this summer! Thanks for watching!

@@DIYDad1 I didn't know you were in WI! I'm in Northern IL so we've had the same weather as you. I do have a little dormancy areas (mainly by the road/sidewalk), but I'm hanging onto my green. Especially when compared to a lot of the neighbors. Just trying to keep it green/soft enough for the kids to play in without it feel like you're running around on hay. 🤣
