Rodan and Ghidorah didn't became friends or symbiote.. Ghidorah defeated rodan that is another alpha and rodan accepted monster zero's kingly domination.. then just like other titans rodan started destroying nature under Ghidorah's command.. when nature's protector came rodan attacked him to serve his new master.. on the othe symbiosis.. mothra is pretty vulnerable and can't dig or swim to reach for safety or radiation or food.. so she stays with Godzilla who emits radiation that mothra absorbs and also because of Godzilla's kingly domination other titans stay away from mothra, in return mothra heals Godzilla, and probably give a lil happiness too psychic ability
