I wish there was no issues of licences in football games. People just get biased over FIFA because it has licences and neglect PES and it's beautiful graphics because it doesn't look authentic.
1. Licensing is not much of an issue [For offline modes] since you can just download option file which includes correct kits and player names. Of course online modes still suffer. 2. Lighting, grass and Player faces does look better on PES, but animations are bad, overall presentation is bad and cloth physics is horrible compared to FiFA. 3. Gameplay of PES is laggy, especially with left stick movement, even when you aren't sprinting. Animations during gmaeplay are also awful. Look how players are skating on the grass when they move. Given how much delay there is when you move with left stick, there shouldn't be skating in animations at all. Not saying FiFA is better than PES or anything, but there are lots of issues with both games and people have their own reasons for preferring one over the other. As for me, I buy both games or even skip both depending on how shit they are each year.

Biggest upgrade from this game is the gameplay dude
The colours are too contrasting. In PES18, it's too saturated. PES19 softens it, so it looks more natural.. SO REALISTIC!!
The approach towards stimulation is really big point in PES , Where as EA want to go for eSports by making the game Arcade and Money 💰 spending game.
