How I'd trade that: draw a line on the previous low, wait for liquidity sweep, enter on lower timeframe engulfing candle and sl below wick.
Your sl is too wide, making the rr not good

A great thing to know about your SL is if you enter on a HL or LH you can place your stop right bleow that LH but leave a few pips for takeouts. The ideology behind that is if your em trying pro trend. Market needs to respect that LH or HL for trade to be valid anyway
