Four Wheel Campers Project M and 3rd Gen Tacoma Walk Around

I filmed this back in November when we returned from our Alaska trip. Freddy loved this truck and whenever we go anywhere in it I know he's right there with us.
I love this setup. It's everything we need it to be and the longer we've had it the more I've fallen in love with it. Happy to share this up-close look at what works for me and my pack on the road and around town.

I can see where the back seat is a sweet setup for Ruby and Fred. Best video I've seen on the real-life usability of the Project M camper. I like the interior shelves that come with the Project M. Your use of milk creates and velcro is one of the demonstrations of camping functionality I've seen on one of these campers. Glad your able to handle your 1800 lbs of grapes with your setup.

We have a great sleeping bag and the camper has the thermal liner option. Been able to camp just below freezing like this. Would love a diesel heater some day though.

how does the camper affect radio reception? I listen to XM and buildings and overpasses can block the signal.

That’s a great question. Wish I had the answer. We use our phones for everything music/podcasts etc

Curious as to how you close and open from the inside?

You have to reach down and lift the tailgate. It’s not the most graceful thing but it’s not terribly difficult. You can also close the tailgate from outside and the hop over by stepping on the bumper. Always lots of options with this setup 😊
