Love yourself, forgive, set yourself free from the past. And as you heal, pass it on so that others can find a better way too. No matter how big the sins you have done, if you return to Allah with sincerity in your heart, know that Allah is ready to forgive you.

Sometimes Allah swt tests good with evil to wake them up to realize that not all are innocent as you are,that there is indeed evil you never thought existed,it's a test,a lesson to learn from and tobe more vigilant next time..Get professional help is not something bad but they can't do much,you have to be willing to overcome the obstacles in front of you,that the professional can't do for you. And in the end we all agree that life is a school,you live you learn,just don't live in the past,the past itself is far gone...

Alhamdulillah i forgave myself and that person. Alhamdulillah my wounds are 80% healed, Alhamdulillah I'm happy with my current life, parents, family, work, learning deen & everything but i don't have feelings for opposite sex now. I am not interested in marriage i prefer to look after my parents, seek beneficial knowledge and help betterment of ummah coz i know that marrying someone when you are sure you cannot give that love and warmth to that person would be injustice and this may lead to divorce later. If Allah wills let him do anything I'm his creation, it's his wish and I'll accept it. Please include me in your prayers jazakallahu Khairan Kaseerah
I never felt betrayed by someone else because of my strong belief in Allah's qadr and forgiving attitude of mine but that doesn't mean that I don't feel stressed. I am human and feel stress in some occasions. I have never experienced anything like the face of my prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in my sleep vision. The best medicine which lifted my stresses in most desperate situations was his face. Meeting our prophet in quite number of times is the most blessing I had. It brings tears into my eyes when I remember the stressful time with such experiences and how my situations turned. I am astonished how much our prophet cares about us and how much he loves us.صلي الله عليه وسلم it indeed touches my heart. First time of this was in my childhood which is still different!
Honestly speaking, I don't do much ibadah and I am a sinful being (my Allah forgive me) and I grief myself on that. It is just a mercy from Allah and of his merciful messenger.
May Allah bless us all with his limitless mercy.

I feel forgiveness is key to reconciliation in any relationship & situation. If forgiveness comes from within ourselves, why is it so hard for us to forgive others, even when we are able to forgive ourselves. Where does the spirit to forgive from? Is it from religion or is it inborn & natural? Is it easy to forgive & forget? If we fail to forget the incident, have we really forgiveness? Personally, I feel the heart is healed by forgiveness: the more one forgives, the more at peace they are with themselves & others. Can a marriage or relationship survive without room for forgiveness ?
