Hi! If you would like to support what I do, so that I can show you more places in Budapest and in Hungary in the future, here's a link to my page where you can do so: ko-fi.com/petrasperspective Thank you! 🤎
The district where you live sounds very cheap, thank you for the video it is one of the most in depth when it comes to living prices in Budapest. I am struggling to renovate an apartment in the city centre but seeing how you live brings hope. :)
I wouldn't actually say that the 14th district is very cheap, I think we were just very lucky that we found this flat, but when a cheaper one is on the market, it's taken within half an hour! (We signed the lease two days after the owners advertized the flat!) I'm happy that my video helped you a little and I wish you luck for your apartment! :)
Sziasztok! :) Thank you for taking the time to comment (once again), I really appreciate it! 😊 I'm also really happy that you think the video is useful, I couldn't ask for more! Have a wonderful day!
No, if you want to live here, it's not going to be enough. As you saw in the video, I need a little more than 40.000 HUF for a week and I live with my boyfriend.. and that allows me to save a lot of money. A normal flat for one person starts around 150.000 HUF / month and you didn't even buy anything. So no, it's not enough. If you just visit the city and you book a hotel for a few days, it's still not going to be enough. Sorry about that.
