Actually for me and only for me, the requiem arrow would be used only once, and the requiem stand would only be temporary and at the end of the time it would return to its original shape.
Canonical things to improve: - Short range stands (practically every JoJo’s stand) reach up to 2 meters long. - Giorno needs to hit the target for the life effect to work.
