I believe now they call that- J-orts, for jeans cut into shorts. Now kids wear shorts that hang below the knees and some with half their ass hanging out. And especially among adults it is very rare to see J-orts anymore. Rock on Jeff... This video reminded me of growing up wildly through the 80's when I vacationed in the Ozarks. If you fillet the fish with the skin on then fillet the skin off like like she is doing the bloodline you'll save a bunch of meat. Make sure the knife is very sharp and keep it flat to the table, skin side down. Once you get the skin off then it's just a minor "V" cut to take out the bloodline. With those nice fish you have there you'd save an assload of meat. Beautiful fish y'all, really!
