Girl, don't you know you shouldn't start a diet right at the holidays?? You're just setting yourself up for failure, then you'll be upset with yourself. Enjoy the holidays, then start your weight loss journey. Yes, I can tell you that lol, I'm a loving 77 year old great grandmother! 😜 My mother taught us never to go on a restrictive weight loss of just certain foods - too hard! We just cut way back and in moderation ate much less. I eat anything, but keep calories to approx. 1,000 a day give or take. I do eat much less of sugars and fats tho' but don't cut them out. I just finished losing 25 lbs. from April - Sept. Went from 160 to 134. I feel much better. OK, not fussing you, just hate to see you face failure when it would be sooo hard this time of year. I am diabetic and they gave me ozempic and I lost 100 pounds and got so weak I ended up in the hospital I still am I need to walk again.I thank God and his mercy.I going home on Friday the 15th. You are great! ❤

I feel you I'm on a,1.200 diet and walk 1 to2 miles a day I'm on week 3 and i lost 5lbs .So far so good. But yes all the candy is killing me when i see them.
It's called aging 😂 I'm 10 lbs over weight and it's very hard to lose it the older I get!!! Temptation around every corner and I just tell myself I'm human I will start tomorrow but that tomorrow never comes😅 im fixing to crack down and eat clean bc I do feel miserable with that extra weight 😢 I love watching your hauls! And me too I hate the new time! I want to go to bed at 6. I'm sleeping at 8. But im up way before the chickens 😂😂 love ya girl.. keep on hauling😊
Eat what you want if you are healthy enough to do it. God did not make us all the same size. I just lost my daughter at 50 years old. She had the stomach surgery for weight loss the sleeve and then they put her on the ozympix shot and they think that’s what happened to her. She had no other health problems. We are still waiting on the autopsy report. If you are healthy you are fine. My Grandma use to say people were prettier with a little meat on them.
I was on keto and lost good but when I go off the carbs and sugars makes me gain weight and bloated right bk again There is no way to permanently lose weight it has to be a lifestyle change if not and you start eating the same stuff that made you gain will just continue to to be yo-yo cycle I struggle also it’s sure not easy but that is just from my personal experience I go through that all the time and sheww this time change takes some getting use to for sure
So dollar tree can make more money that's crazy the Reason they come in 2 pieces the broom.when you order from temu do in you use your debit card card.i was thanking about ordering some stuff. I m about afraid to order on my debit because someone might steel my personal information.and get my money but it s mine.
I would stock shelves and straighten shelves im on disability but you just dont know how i want to go in there and put stuff away and straighten shelves while im in there.😢
