Get an athletic cycling bike since it has a monitor for time and miles and for indoors. You can also add torque or tension. I have an Efitman inexpensive but heavy.

the hermes sandal will broke ur foot. i got one , i walk within short distance my foot injure, skin cuts and bleeding. the sandal too hard on the hardness leather, even the base of sandal too hard and not comfort at all. its disaster.
