So following on from the video with Vanir Kamira last week, I thought I'd expand a little bit on different ways I've been using the cavaletti over the past week or so. Some of these exercises are more dressage based whilst others are maybe thinking more towards starting jumping again but I hope they emphasise how varied and interesting using the cavaletti can be. So many different things to do!🤯😅💪

Your 'semi-jump/poles' is bigger than what I do most of the time I actually jump! Being 13.2 everything feels giant! Great video again, loving this seris
