- brand name spoofing (SWISS+TECH/ SWISSTECHTOOLS) is lousy,
- delivered without sheath, no pocket clip,
- the product is not even presented on the Great Star Tools site,
- design flaw: blade locking problem,
- heavy: + 30 grams / Leatherman Wave,
- tool locking much too flexible,
- handles very poorly attached to the pliers (too flexible and irrecoverable).
25 € sur Aliexpress. ST021006A. Très décevant, à éviter :
- l'usurpation de nom de marque (SWISS+TECH/ SWISSTECHTOOLS) est minable,
- livré sans étui, pas de clip de poche,
- le produit n'est même pas présenté sur le site de Great Star Tools,
- défaut de conception : problème de verrouillage des lames,
- lourd : + 30 grammes /Leatherman Wave,
- verrouillage des outils beaucoup trop souple,
- manches très mal fixés à la pince (trop souple et irrattrapable).

The simple truth is a LM Wave costs 5 times as much and definitely does NOT perform 5 times better than this. My Wave came with super stiff pliers out of the box and the serrated blade has quite a bit of lock play, so even Leatherman tools are not immune to QC lapses. I know ai could send it back, but then I would need to pay shipping and wait another 6-8 weeks to get the replacement.
Not surprised with minor imperfections that I think can be easily corrected. For the price this still good.
The handle on the pliers bends like that because there are rulers on each side of the spine of the tool. When it is flat and the pliers facing up it allows you to measure up to 8 continuous inches.

Really good multi tool, got one and is highly recommended…
I was reading and comparing a lot of reviews and feedback from buyers of this swiss tech and k30. Many are not happy with the finishing and QC of swiss tech . Some units are missing spacers and come with dents, scratches similar like in this video. K30 has more positive reviews, and over 90% similarity to LM wave. It made by sister company that produce popular nextool brand.

The mini phillips in the big one is cool, there could be some improvement in other aspects.

Mon appareil fonctionne parfaitement de la même manière que les serrures font bien leur travail, juste un petit excès de métal dans l'une des serrures que j'ai dû limer et c'était parfait. De tous les multi-outils chinois, c'est celui que j'ai le plus aimé.

Le fait que les Chinois aient traversé la Swiss-tech et la wave est formidable. S'ils avaient mis un porte-embout hex 1/4 normal, ils n'en auraient pas valu la peine. Mais utiliser le nom de quelqu'un d'autre est trop. Appelleriez-vous ce produit Chinese-tech ou un dragon volant ☺, cela m'aurait causé plus de respect.
То что китайцы скрестили свисс- тех и вэйв - молодцы. Если бы они поставили нормальный битодержатель 1/4 hex цены бы им не было. Но пользоваться чужим именем это черезчур. Назвали бы это изделие китай- тех или парящий дракон☺, оно бы у меня вызвало большее уважение.

No, it's usual. SOG records such warnings. But I did some research, I don't quite understand this kind of warning.
Well, the state of California is kinda notorious for putting warning labels on products that are to be sold there, some make sense, some don't... this one obviously doesn't really make sense.
Agree with the other answers here. California passed a law requiring such warnings, with good intentions of preventing companies from hiding any secrets about dubious chemicals, but the execution is flawed, because almost everything meets the bar of being supposedly dangerous. It's a bit like the warnings on your coffee cup like CAUTION: HOT. Overkill. But companies comply so as not to miss out on that market, and thus it often shows up everywhere else too (everywhere the product is sold), because the stock is the same, ready to ship to any market.
