Lynchburg is an old city with a fluctuating population through out it's history. It just recently started gaining popularity, probably thanks to Liberty University and the other colleges. There are going to be some rundown areas but the city is working on fixing them.
I sure did! 😀 I couldn't hit it all. Just wanted to hit downtown and get a couple neighborhoods in. As you know, there are a bunch more neighborhoods that I didn't preview either! It's a pretty diverse place.
@@Living-In-Lynchburg-Virginia I figured you were doing mostly downtown, but I thought you would have touched those areas for a second. I understand Lynchburg is too big to tour in one video, it just surprised me that you didn't show those areas at all.
Being an digital marketing consultant in Lynchburg VA... I must say, great video! Doing videos like this will certainly help make you seen as a "local expert".

A million dollar question. Why aren't there any churches on Church Street? There's a few on Court Street. We joke and say someone in the city put the wrong sighs on the wrong street and it was never changed.
I'm loving this simple tour of Lynchburg, from the comfort of my work place!!!! EXCELLENT JOB!!!!
I remember some of the places. Very beautiful drive. I feel as though I am home 👏 wow thank you. I will be emailing you soon
I was born there in the old Baptist Hospital
One of my grandparents owned a house on wise street.....house still stands
That’s awesome! I love older houses. Especially when they’re well cared for. 😉 Or when people rehab them. Thanks for watching!
I was thinking of buying a multi family home in Lynchburg. Good or bad idea?
Absolutely a great idea! If we can find a good deal. The numbers have to make sense for you. But I think it’s a great idea.

Exactly. Hopefully it continues to grow in all the good ways; quality housing, quality businesses, quality jobs.
Yes
Did you just do a drive through Lynchburg and not include Wards, Candlers Mountain, or Timberlake Roads.
