I almost cried when you said you were going to sell the camp because it was started by your Dad. Then you told us why you would sell it, I understand your thoughts, still a little sad but I understand.
It is indeed but my dad's biggest pipe dream was to have his own private spot on the lake. This property I bought comes with a private cove on that very same lake. His dream will be fulfilled so he'd be onboard with the stepping stone mindset :-)

Boss don't stop showing us your greenhouse! I love to hear about your successes and failures and products you use. We are repurposing our outdoor kitchen (which we hardly ever use anymore now that we're empty nesters) into a greenhouse to start flowers and create more food production along with our garden. Your mountain vistas are breathtaking .. ~peace

The weather seems to be so changeable in so many places right now. We had snow for two or three days and now it is headed back up toward warm temperatures. I think that you are doing the right thing in making a move for this stage of your life.I know it will be hard for you to sell the place that was in your family for years, but for everything in life the good book says there is a season. We sold our place about 6 years ago in the country. It had been in my family for generations. The day we left I did not look back because I knew it was the right thing to do. I want you to consider incorporating into your next cabin a rocket mass heater. You can heat the whole house with twigs and brush. Saves a lot of wood and Frankie's old bones will love the heated sofa. Plenty of TH-cam videos to watch that shows step by step how to build. Even though the initial fire goes out, it still radiates heat. Good work, sir.
Your vids are excellent, if some viewers aren’t interested in certain content that cannot be your concern. When TH-camrs start catering to people’s likes/dislikes, that’s usually the beginning of the end. You just keep doing you, that’s what makes your channel so enjoyable.

Never had a greenhouse, but worked in one for 8 years loved it. Do enjoy seeing how your greenhouse is doing. Did have a 1 acre garden though and started my plants in my basement near our woodstove. Selling it won't be easy but I'll keep my foot on the mountain with the acreage I split from the parcel. We made some wonderful memories here :-)

Your vids are excellent, if some viewers aren’t interested in certain content that cannot be your concern. When TH-camrs start catering to people’s likes/dislikes, that’s usually the beginning of the end. You just keep doing you, that’s what makes your channel so enjoyable.

Never had a greenhouse, but worked in one for 8 years loved it. Do enjoy seeing how your greenhouse is doing.
Did have a 1 acre garden though and started my plants in my basement near our woodstove. Of course, in the garden contained vegetables along fruit trees, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and grapes.

I love your videos no matter what you post. Sure some things are more interesting to me than others but I still like and watch them all. I had dreams of doing what you have done but never did it and now I physically can't do most of it. I still watch and learn but most of all enjoy so that's all that matters.

Your channel is your channel! You’re not only trying to be self sufficient, but your veggies are not sprayed with herbicides and pesticides that coat commercially grown vegetables. Smart! Good grief, come summer when your garden explodes with goodness, these same folks can just watch & pull out their hair! Lol

Don't worry about keeping others happy I tried that for over 30 years and that is a losing battle it's your video do what you like. Some TH-camrs even turn the comments off but probably would be a bad idea for you. Good luck and take care, Mike
