Hungry Barracudas and a Surprise Giant Sailfish - 4K

- I went out fishing with some friends offshore in Florida to catch some giant barracudas and we hooked the largest Atlantic sailfish that I've ever seen! The barracudas were very hungry and were devouring every bait fish we used.

Blacktiph I live on Texas gulf coast. Do the sails make it over here? Never seen one caught so close to shore like that. What was the water depth?!
iamatt I live on the Texas coast as well but I don't think the sails make it that close in and I'm sure they were in 30+ feet of water
I've caught sails in Louisiana I'm sure they are in Texas same body of water
Gets bit by a houndfish. Decides to not mess with those and fish for something else. Fishes for something with bigger teeth. Gotta love it! #BlacktipH

"Saltwater has to much bacteria" more like it hurts to much to stick a wound into salt.
Jerry Xing In my experience it's better for the wound, but based on the color of the water, there was a bacterial or algae bloom.
Jerry Xing there is a flesh eating bacteria, have a had a few friends lose some fingers
I have always been taught salt water will heal most wounds and I am 26 and hasn't failed me yet. Saltwater kills most bacteria and heals wounds!

maybe a saline solution, but sea water is only 3% salt, no where near enough to kill bacteria.

I went of Key West last year and caught myself a 7ft sailfish just under 100lbs. Sailfish are always fighters
I also caught a 5ft 78lbs kingfish w/ a ramora attached to its gills
I love when the kid didn’t hold his 12 fishes he caught and love when he just gave up in the middle of the vid
