The cost is way much higher than the market price... You don't expect 7×9 kitchen where you're paying more than 1.1Cr Kohinoor central park in phase 2 is much better as compared to this one in terms of pricing (almost 15-20 lacs less than this for 3 bhk)

Why Godrej is not making flats? Is it because demand is low due to electricity is not sufficient in hinjewadi. Hinjewadi locals threatening for mass suicide if corporation takes over. So roads , water, electricity issues are never going to resolve.

Misleading people and selling flats saying the road will be constructed by them. After sale they will say not is our scope. Don't buy at all in any project in this township. Sales me bade spane dikha ke chuna lagate he. Necklace garden, township amenities and central playgrounds sab public ke liye he and not just for township residents. Maintaince residance bharenge wo bhi above 1lac for every 5 years and log baher ke maja karenge. Cheap quality materials used. Written me lo buy karne se pahile sari cheeze aur agreement me padh lo sab ek bar. Big liers and cheaters.
