Heres the workout :-) 30 russian twists 30 plank twists 15 side plank dips (each side, 30 in total) 15 diagonal crunches (each side, 30 in total) 15 side leg lift + crunch (each side, 30 in total) repeat circuit 2-3 times for full workout! take 20-30 second breaks in between each workout, and a couple minutes to rest at the end of each circuit

I started doing this every morning and night for about 4 days now but changed the Russian twists to 50 and plank twists to 100 and I’ve already seen some results after cutting my meals in half as well I’ll update when it’s the end of the month
Sorry to keep y’all waiting I kinda forgot about this comment :update- so I’ve still been cutting my meals in half and so far I’ve lost about 7-8 pounds maybe I haven’t really had access to a scale but I have noticed my love handles going down and a loss of belly fat I’m sure some people will have different results but mine have been really good. @Hello Me I recommend doing these workouts type them in on youtube - lean legs like Kendall Jenner - and the chole ting workouts but you have to go for runs or other cardio don't stick with use one workout as you wont see improvements.

Haruki Juuritzumi you can’t specifically reduce shoulder fat or any particular target area in your body ... fat loss comes from caloric deficit and the help of working out , but sure you can tone that area, the muscles by working out on specific muscles 💪🏻

I thought i had really bad hip dips but they really aren’t that bad! It’s mostly just my love handles and I just noticed that! Thank goodness because they are much easier to get rid of!
gonna try to do this almost everyday for a week or two:) day 1: did it only once, even though she said to repeat it. felt the burn though! day 2: did it once today + another exercise. really felt the burn in my thighs mostly. no difference yet i don’t think. day 3: didn’t do it😕 was really sore considering i did a thigh workout so i had to take a rest day day 4: doing it later !!!

I really needed this because school is coming soon so I’m going to update every day for two weeks and see what changes I see (alongside a healthy diet). Day 1: it hurts but I’m doing this alongside some HIIT from Chloe ting and I made my own personal circuit which works best for me when growing glutes. Day 2: i repeated this twice for a full circuit and did a stomach vacuum my abs are burning 🥵. Day 3: is a cheat day so I did Chloe tings 11 abs workout to prepare me for all the calories and did a muscle stretching exercise afterwards. Day 4: I did the circuit and vacuum and I’m seeing some differences around my waist as my waist looks noticeably smaller most likely because I’m naturally slim thick and I just want it to stand out more. Day 5: I didn’t do the whole circuit today I only did half because I was exhausted 😩 Day 6: I feel really good today and my abs are actually toning up a little bit

Usually all of the obliques exercises are meant to give you a tiny waist, and also, they can't get bigger unless you're in a caloric surplus (means that you're eating more than you should in order to gain weight/muscle). So don't worry about getting a square shape, bulky or so by doing these exercises :)
Does this help keep your waist small too, like the hourglass waist? Or does it work the side muscles too much, making your waist more straight? Thank you!!

hey! if you workout enough to get rod of the fat you won’t gain visible muscle:) so like after you lose the fat just don’t keep working out that muscle group too much and it won’t bulk up.

wissam Kdm you only loose fat when you eat in a calorie deficit but you have to know that you can‘t loose fat on a certain body part, so I would recommend eating healthy (less satured fat and less monosaccaride, go for complex carbs and loooots of protein, which is really important ) and in addition to that you can train your abs and do some HIIT) like she explained in the video

what do i do if one butt cheek is smaller than the other and if ur legs have different superior muscles. my left leg has a more superior hamstring and my right hip rotator always does more work when i move. idk my body’s weird😂
Totally same. Mines because one leg is just slightly shorter than the other so each leg/hip is compensating for it. I just work out my right hip and glute a little harder to try and fix it lol.
I can kinda relate to this on another level. I got surgery on my leg that left me in a cast for a month and my legs were very uneven looking cause of it. I fixed it by targeting my one leg with nothing but body weight workouts and balancing excersises
Omg sameeee, one of my butt cheeks is smaller then the other and idk what to do to even them out. And my side leg muscles are both different sizes. Its like one of my legs has an easier time growing then the other😅😅😅

what do i do if one butt cheek is smaller than the other and if ur legs have different superior muscles. my left leg has a more superior hamstring and my right hip rotator always does more work when i move. idk my body’s weird😂
Totally same. Mines because one leg is just slightly shorter than the other so each leg/hip is compensating for it. I just work out my right hip and glute a little harder to try and fix it lol.
I have the same problem my left cheek is bigger and stretches and my right is up, toned and small 😂
I can kinda relate to this on another level. I got surgery on my leg that left me in a cast for a month and my legs were very uneven looking cause of it. I fixed it by targeting my one leg with nothing but body weight workouts and balancing excersises
Omg sameeee, one of my butt cheeks is smaller then the other and idk what to do to even them out. And my side leg muscles are both different sizes. Its like one of my legs has an easier time growing then the other😅😅😅
Kadinse Small that’s the same problem i have. also because i play soccer and i’m my dominant leg is my right leg so i use it more than my left and my right leg is way stronger than my left i dnt even know how to fix it
What does repeat circuit 2-3 times? Does it mean restart the video and re do it??
Las bebesitas dé CNCO it means repeat the workout 2 or 3 times in order for the workout to fully have effect on you

Im what you call skinnyfat. I got skinny ass arms and like little to no ass but i got love handles and a gut. LOL. Watching this and knowing i probably wont be consistent especially when food is my only best friend 😂😭🤦🏻♀️❤️

Hi guys:) so tomorrow I’m gonna start using this. First I have a kinda small waist I used to use Chloe tings 2 week shred but without dieting because I’m already skinny ... and it helped I didn’t really lose love handles but yeah I kinda have hourglass figure (not trying to show of) yeah and I’m gonna update tomorrow :) if u have any question ask me in a few weeks (sorry for my English)
Day 1: ok guys so I did it and my waist is 25 inches. I didn’t see any change of course but I’m doing it twice see u next day :)

If you want to do just these, and no other workouts....I would do this at least 4 to even 5 days out of the week, back to back, then rest two days

What kind of preqorkout would you recommend to a woman trying to lose fat but I also am on some medication that I can’t push out of my body (so I can’t do detox drinks) and also doesn’t make your skin tingle or anything like that
