The sound is a turbo blow off… That sound is produced by the flange of the turbo when the air is discharged. Rally1 cars (maximum category of the wrc) use a larger turbo flange than a standard turbo, so the turbo pressure is higher

You can get the rally car turbo noises if you change air intake or remove filter that dampens sounds from street cars. U can buy BOV but usually isn’t necessary. I owned an Abarth that made all kinds of crazy noises.
Other noises: squeaks are sequential gearbox and when in the air is anti lag keeping turbo spooled up is great.

4:03 lappi (the driver) lost control which made his car spin, the rear end of the car smacked right on the post making the post unstable, its only then afterwards the post falls down
4:25 He simply turned around and broke off the pole with the back of the car. This pole then fell on top of his car. Don't look for anything complicated about it.
