I love seeing the baby with the boys, hey sometimes you just gotta pass the boy around to get anything done, good job fellas, the more he's around that stuff the easyer life will be when he gets older, my boy runs to my 2 stroke 4 wheeler when I turn it on ,he's not scared of loud noise or anything, and can sleep right thru it as well, keep up the good work

There’s different “waves”. Some are just gut the car and do simple things like gas tank and stuff and run them. There’s a lot to these derby’s, more then most people realize tbh..

You can “I guess” lol…. I grew up around derby’s and still help my buddies with theirs (Theirs ain’t as good and Robbie’s but don’t tell them that😂) but now that I seen a couple neat tricks I’ll have to relay the info and help them out haha

Congratulations on the win. Demo derby's have changed a lot in the last 60 years. We couldn't do much of anything to the cars except remove the glass and upholstery, add seat belts, and put a GI jerry can above the rear axle in the trunk for a gas tank. Reinforcing was not allowed, except for around the driver. Only one driver too. "Captain Crunch" was always the name written on our cars, and a new car was needed for every night of competition. There was almost never enough left to use the body again anyway. They wet the field, so speed for a good hit was almost impossible.

As I watch this I think to myself I wonder how a team of Robby, Paul, Matt and some of their other derby buddies would do in the team demolition derby in Joliet Illinois.

Robby thank you for the in car camera footage that was definitely a lot of fun to watch I wish I was there in person. You guys did a great job even with a motor not running at 100 percent you still won the race.

Gotta say my back hurts just watching the mayhem. I also like that the kiddo is just hanging in the shop, not scared at all by all the tools running and engines blaring.
The "pop".. the dramatic pause.. followed by the deadpan "Son of a.." and quick edit was gold
Evertime they walk into the boneyard I think "watch out for the rattlers!" I guess they don't have as many there as here.
I grew up close to Ephraim UT. I never saw a rattlesnake in the 22 years I lived there. I knew they were around but did not see any.
It's funny to see the contrast between the fine fine exact work Robby does with projects like the Golden Nugget and then this barbarian stuff to get the derby car ready. You guys out in Utah are big on demo derby cars. It was big where I live in NJ back in the 70's and early 80's but all the race tracks are gone now and it's a lost art around here.

My gosh I said a loud Hecky Dang when that chain snapped! I've seen that happen before, when a chain whips through the air pray no one's in the way! Hey robby and crew, My name is Ken, I live up in Ontario Canada, roughly 1.5hrs west of Toronto Ontario, or 2.5hrs from NIAGARA Falls Ontario, or buffalo. So far the weather here is nice, but when winter comes, it really really sucks, I've lived here my whole life, 53 yrs, but What we were wondering is....why do you call him "DINNER" LOL, what is his real name...sorry but I really think that is a cool name, then my nephew wants to know if dinner is related to you?. Then there's (HILL BILLY, BILLY HILL) lmfao...he's cool, he always wins the conversation argument... well we'll let him think he's wins the argument's ROFLMMFAO..but anyhow, we love the channel, great content...like all the ppl on the channel OHHH WAIT, what about the quiet guy ohh the older guy like 40ish, he's been doing body work he said for like 25+yrs. Now I feel like a tool lmao...well he's included lol. ANYWAYS, we like the channel and whatever comes with it......

The last few derby cars I did. I got paint rejects from the hardware store for cheep put it in ye old spray gun put the random color on latex paint works well holds up well in a derby dries fast👍. The derby in my home town doesn’t allow so much welding modifications. It’s strip it and run it. A few safety rules for driver safety But basically just a stripped car

I used to race demolition derbies it was 10 laps around the track bump to pass and then we'd all get in the center and destroy each other, and I did the figure 8 track back in the early eighties. Then I ran out of '57 Oldsmobiles and Buicks to use as derby cars.

Thumbs up on the derby content - its fun to watch. You always have great content and something new to show. Got one piece of bad news....two thumbs down on the denim cutoffs. Burn those.
Spray paints went through the roof lately its was like $32 dollars. This times last year same can was $15.
I hate those 'new' style rattle can spray nozzles which coat my spraying finger with paint due to dribbling.
