This webinar was a game-changer for me. I never realized how much I didn't know about Predominantly Inattentive ADHD until now. Nat Hawley's insights were spot-on, and I found myself nodding along with every point. Even though I don't personally have ADHD, I walked away with a newfound understanding of the challenges people face and the strategies they can use to navigate them.

Hi @SehnsuchtYT, It's a common misconception that hyperactivity is a requirement for an ADHD diagnosis, especially for ADHD-PI (Predominantly Inattentive). Many people with ADHD-PI don’t show hyperactivity, particularly as children, but instead experience challenges with focus, organisation, and memory. It's good that you're in the process of getting a diagnosis-hopefully, it will bring you clarity and support. Best of luck with the next steps!

I passed screening and am awaiting a diagnosis. My issue is I wasn't hyperactive as a child, which is apparently a requirement for adult ADHD-PI
