The 12 Days of Qzmas made me quit the game. The third SMS with the Borg probes was impossible to do, and I kinda expected one of the 12 SMS in there would be a deckmove to make sure that the final SMS reward of the big one couldn't be reached (which held 10 Soran shards and 24K event store purrency). I thought with that extra purrency, I could get the 2nd Stella on top of the Mantis (after already getting the 2nd half of the Fiesha and the remaining few shards of Byr and the two rare Q officers). The game gives out two transwarp cells a day. Why? Because the game wants you to USE them, on a daily basis (maximum is 8, and the longer you save them, the more "work" you have spending them later, so I spend them immediately). I would have needed 4 transwarp cells to reach the final trashhold of the 3 Borg SMS. I was Ops 39 and had a T4 Talios (except warp core was T3), Level 15, Janeway-Doctor combo on the bridge plus one extra for either warp range or mitigation or whatever. As an Ops 39 player, I would have had to kill one hundred Level 40 probes or four hundred Level 38 probes. Even with a solid crew and an ops-lock maxed Talios, it simply wasn't achievable with only the daily provided resources. I wrote support, and they basically said "use exocomps to maximize your damage". BASE damage ... sure ... I could have killed possibly ONE extra probe per cell with an 80% interceptor BASE dmg exocomp. After they said they can't do anything to help me out in this case since the SMS was calculated "as intended", I told them sorry as well, but they lost a paying customer today. A few minutes later, I submitted my account deletion request. 24 hours after that, I got an invitation to talk to a CM on Discord (in private) and in the other ticket, I was suddenly informed that the top trashhold of the 3 Borg SMS was completed by Scopely for me. - So I'm pretty sure, they only do that for people who pay and who complain hard enough. I still decided to go through with the account deletion (it's now gone already). I'll find a better game to play. I didn't leave for a simple 2nd Stella that I couldn't get, but I felt like it was time after so many fails to move on.
@MatthewBluefox Sorry to hear you could not do the milestone. I feel like at low tiers the new Pike was made for the Talios. Sorry it has led to you quitting. Hopefully you find a game that for you.
@user-theangryryno I had Janeway and Doctor, which are also very strong. I was able to kill hundreds of Level 38 freebooters in a single run. But alas. 😔 Thankies 😸
thankyou. For me i think this month has been a huge miss after last month, first week was a lack of events with too many hidden behind the new ship, it set a really poor tone for the whole arc. Event store is very disappointing, where are the additions that all the CC's reported which were going to be added. For god sack, put the Heroic events in one tab right at the front of the list, sick of scroll all the way along the events to find the one that is relevant for the day.
i agree the higher ops players have insane points needed per event just wait for faction hunt and over 500+ hostiles a day lol they need to scale back the points needed and raise the points it should not be a grind to finish an event and the new daily and weekly events still need a massive rework in my opinion like 1 janeway shard per week thats 100+ weeks to get her thats 25 months or 2 years and 2 months just to get an unlock
@Bleachguy2023 Yeah, some of these rewards do not match the effort to complete the event. I tier-up g3 ships for faction hunt so I am doing ok with that event.
DIGIT, the developer, was bought-out by Scopely, a publisher, like a year after the game launched. Then Scopely themselves were bought-out by Saudi Arabia a couple years after that. That's already too many degrees of separation out from the people who actually created and understood the game/coding. This is the real reason why they haven't been able to fix anything, or do anything even slightly competently, for years now.
on the revenant grind i can only get enough for 2 chests but i would have to do it every two days i just do the 1 chest bp so i dont have to grind every bloody two days grrrr or reduce the 2 chest to 3k instead of 8k there is the slow pace 1 chest or the fast pace 2 chest srry about my rants only part i liked on the arc was the choice rewards other than that it was meh
@Bleachguy2023 I keep waiting for them to increase the rewards from the missions. Does not look like that will happen. Good thing I did not hold my breath.
man i so agree so many refits not added and alot are overpriced not to mention the cosmetics are so overpriced

@Bleachguy2023 I like using my cerritos for the revenant grind. i can punch up a system, therefore getting more from the boxes.
on the missions event rewards did not interest me ya syndicate xp is good but meh tbh and i dont do missions anymore
