Danny/Taylor thank you! Hey, the teen areas, I'm thinking OMG, the kids and cousins would love that. Then I remember they are all around 30 and would not be allowed LOL. This is what happens when they all get together, the games, the movies, the dancing the crafts. They are not into sports, gambling, drinking. In other words, a place like this for over 21 would be awesome! I think this is the best teen area I've seen on any ship video and cruise lines could benefit having an over 21 area for the young at heart.

Wife and I just got back from an Alaska cruise (our 3rd) on the Quantum on the 11th of July. The on our last sea night their engine room problem they've been having escalated, I believe a generator failed and they were forced to reduce speed. Got into our last port call of Victoria, BC about 3 hours late but stayed a few hours extra; 7pm - 11pm instead of 4pm - 9pm. So until they get their parts they might be adjusting more than those August sailings that were mentioned a few weeks ago. Great ship though, beautiful but way too big for us. We had booked our first balcony room this trip to enjoy the glacier day but were disappointed that the boat was still too big to go in as close as the previous smaller ships we had been on. It was an extra excursion to be booked to get onto a smaller tour boat that met us and then go in closer on that. We still enjoyed our time though and booked our next Alaska cruise while aboard. One thing that really made us mad though was not ship related but other guests, just take the time to wash your hands or use the sanitizer.

My wife and I were looking through your videos literally one day before you posted this to see if you had one for the Quantum that we are booked on for next summer. We tried watching another video, but it was painful and we didn’t finish it. When this was posted less than 24 hours later, we both laughed pretty good! It’s like you knew!!! Thanks Danny…you are the best!!

@Harr Travel hello, I have a question regarding the ship Quantum of the Sea. Is there a self-service laundry room that we can access to if we do not want to pay for laundry service while being on the cruise.
I was on the Quantum in March 2022 when it was sailing from Singapore! We were staying in the Grand Loft Suite (our Genie was Haley) and it was such an amazing vacation! But after seeing the views of Alaska, I am jealous!!! I need to do an Alaskan cruise now!

Currently for the ultimate dining package and the ship you can do Chef’s Table in the package. You pay half price when having the ultimate dining package. I was just on this beautiful ship June 27, 2022.
Question: is quantum of the seas and ovation of the seas same? Similar? or Identical? What are the differences between those 2 ships? Are both ships the same size? Or is one ship a little bigger than the other?
They are both sister ships, so they are very very similar. Some of the venues are different. Feel free to check out the Ovation, Anthem, and the new Odyssey tours on our channel as well.

Please up date your info about the dinning menus. The classics are no longer available with the theme night dinning. It’s very sad. Just got back from Wonder & everyone was complaining. Many believe by dot his they are forcing people specialty packages & long time cruiser we’re not happy.
Danny, not gonna lie, the ship is amazing, but the background vista's while you were up in Deck 15/16 had me real distracted. 25 days to go till I get to see them in real life myself from the decks of the Ovation!!

@@Dippycream yes. My husband and I will be on the Magic. Was supposed to be on the Mardi Gras on a group cruise today out of Port Canaveral but airfare has been ridiculous. $1520 as of 4 days ago. Plus would’ve left yesterday so hotel. Hear hotels are ridiculous so looking for cruises out of NY and cape liberty.

Our cruise in September is also adjusted because of engine and cruising speed. Ketchacan instead of Icy Strait point
