I love how the story, oh so slightly, shifts a few times back to the content of the introduction. Very clever.
I have been binging on videos concerning our (US) inept government and have found myself in an angered state. Short tempered. I needed to get back to something in which I enjoy and brings me happiness.

It was a little choppy in the story line, here and there, but a well developed mystery story. I especially enjoyed the plot twist.

Starts off badly. The protagonist seems to be a creepy stalker. I gave up after that.

avoids all contact with others yet within 10 minutes she's attending a party and sharing her house and her bed with a complete stranger .?!? I prefer my characters to stay in character ...at least for the first
hour or so ?
Hmm...you obviously listened VERY carefully.?! I did think it was
like a badly done Hitchcock / Du Maurier type melodrama. I almost yawned when the final reveal came....! Acting and dialogue were
flat and uninspiring. BUT....like you I'm grateful to the uploader who I suspect may be the reincarnation of an old friend of ours...!🤔🤔
The surfeit of Angelas at the beginning is rather confusing. We're deep into Daphne du maurier territory here. Yes , it's melodrama . Though well below

on here. I thought this was below his usual high standard though.?
