A small correction, Lt Gen Dhillon was the GOC- Northern Command, Lt Gen indeed has done a great job during his military career.

It is not only a diversion in Pakistan, but it seems that, Pakistan is deliberately moving its terror activities beyond Kashmir valley now as a new strategy. This seems to be so because India cannot provide endless security to every part of the region . if anything now our costs will increase and so will be our deployment of soldiers further on and away from Kashmir.
