I’m posting daily and really enjoying meeting other channels , I’m also about to add a camera to my channel 😊 good luck to all growing channels .. remember to keep having fun 😊
Great tips! I started a new channel after the “real you” challenge. I have completed 1 video, and I’ll let you know in comments where I am at in 50 vids.
Can you mention the date when the project 24 and CM System have been updated please? I am enrolled but cannot say if I am in the previous or updated version
I created a channel for people recovering from a herniated disc or back surgery. I share positive stories of recovery, have created a couple post surgery walking videos and have more ideas. But my growth is super slow and my retention is awful. I can't help but think I'm just too boring. My aim isn't too grow so much I can quit work, but to help people feel hopeful. HOWEVER, a little income would help offset the cost.
So being in a niche that has alot of competition the path towards monetization is very hard, not many people have alot of knowledge in this niche, when it comes to how to do it...what works for Finnegan garage, won't work for locust farm and fab shop..i do agree the processes might work (title, thumbnail) you can get easily overwhelmed and stressed...
Currently at 2000+ watchtime hours and 600+ subs in 8 months, and 20 videos published - gonna be interesting to see if I can actually manage monetization before I reach 50 published vids :)
sounds good but id only have interest in making faceless videos - i dont have the personality or looks to make face videos..... and way too much social anxiety.
Good thing looks don't matter. And good thing you're not socializing, you're talking to a camera with which you can shoot a video a dozen times and upload the best version. And I'm sure your personality may not be EVERYONE'S cup of tea, but you're a person with ideas, you've got an audience out there. Punch fear in the face!
@gary6754 I feel you! I've started not 1, not 2, but 3 faceless TH-cam channels in totally different niches because I was super anxious about negative comments and judgment! None of those channels went very far but it made me realize the thing I was so scared of was going to happen anyway. Critical comments came, but you know what - they DIDN'T destroy me the way my anxious little brain made me think they would! The TH-cam channel I'm doing now is mostly to give me a creative outlet as a new mom (and also to give me some accountability for a few of my personal goals!), but I've been super surprised at how much fun it's been to make videos when I give myself permission to just be me AS-IS, regardless of people judging my personality or body or face or whatever! :) All's that to say is - as someone who's tried both sides (faceless and face on) both can definitely be fun and rewarding! But I echo what @nature.earth.wisdom. said - you're a person with ideas, don't let fear hold you back! :)

Great video, can see your speaking with true care for your community!
Thanks! It’s easy to care when there are such good people watching.
Great video Ricky! Looking forward to getting through the "new" system. 🎉
Okay okay. You've sold me on the program :) I will be signing up at end of December so I can work on things on my Christmas break. See you then!!
Appreciate the video. I've posted over 600 video's in 3 months and around 190 subs. Been a real grind. Think I may need to try something different.
My goal is to create content that pays so I can keep up creating. Cause I honestly love what I do...

Both versions are available in P24 now and the new one is labeled “New”. I published the first phases of the new one just yesterday.
@@ChannelMakers great 👍 thank you for your update ! You are the best
My channel is 2 weeks old and i have finally hit 15 subs. Pleasing the algorithm is no easy job...respect to all new channels

the first 1000 are the hardest you have to constantly prove yourself to the stupid algorithm :(
Agree with that! Consistency is the key, but it is also the hardest to do!
Thrue 😔😿😿😿

I really hope I can 10x in 2025. Really want a 100k subs!
😊😊❤شكراً
I'm an animator. Any advice for a person that does that?
I'm your 9th subscriber 👍😎✌️
Just started a gaming channel 10 vidoes in and 250 subs not sure if that is good or not
That’s a good start! Nice job!
I need help
What’s the hardest part for you right now?
i might have to come back to p24 soon.
Now all I need is to find enough subject matter to make 50 "interesting" YT videos...and many more after that.

You’ll want to watch our video this Thursday! It’s all about that
