Secularism means seperation of religion from state, it means religious authorities will not interfere in Judicial system. That's it.
Secularism doesn't means Religious equality and it shouldn't, Culture of this land has to be prioritised. This doesn't mean to oppress but to make sure what ours is always flourishing unlinke what's happening today. Cultural depletion, lack of belonging and pride toward Nation.
That's what happens Culture is damaged, Country can't remain standing for long. 8000 year old Civilization might be gone just like many other Ancient Civilization.
Then why courts prioritise islamic laws over constitution, at the tym of judgement to muslim party ,tumhare logic toh yaha par fit bethta hii nhi bro,,this country is neither secular nor majoritian it's pseudo anti hindu(discrimination of jain, shikh & budhist is also observed in minority quota)that's ground reality.

Right Decision Judgement given by CJI Khanna by rejecting PILs.
Word secular in present day means Muslims no other Religion is secular. This is the cause of action for removal of word secular from constitution but this argument is not made by any of the Petitioner so Court not passed any observation and order to that effect.
Then scrap all minority commissions, reservations based on caste, and make one uniform civil code, SC is incompetent to dwell on these matters because it says it will only be responsible for implementing what is made by the legislature.😂😂
