Just finished and I messed up. Didn't use baby yarn, used Caron simply soft and the dress is beautiful but heavy! Itll make for good pics. I used a 4.25 hook and I'd say it made a 6 month dress. Thank you so much. Looking thru your channel to start my next project!!
❤Thank you today I saw your tutorial .my grand daughter is one week old. now I try to do this for her. Thank you again. I understand your clear explanation 5:27

Hi I found the video easy to follow however I would have a stitch count once in a while😯😯 I didn't find out until I reAched the sleeve I made a mistake. I do love this I am going to have a new great granddaughter in July ty
Hello I am attempting to make this dress for my baby granddaughter. I have a question regarding Row 3... Are the 2dc, 2ch,2dc placed in each ch1 sp. and each v stitch? Thank you!!
Hi Sara. I'm just making this its stunning I've bought nearly all your patterns However im looking to make a christening gown ? Is this something u have? Or could u recommend one of your dresses that I could make longer for a gown? Baring in mind it needs to be quite flairy at the bottom ? Many thanks 😊
Hi Karen! I don’t have a video for a christening gown at the moment and the dress patterns I have a pinafore style which can work as a gown when made longer. I personally like the skirt on this one th-cam.com/video/yCwa6IC4AP0/w-d-xo.html

Love your videos and how well prepared you are as well as the patience in explaining everything in such detail. Is it possible to get the written patterns for this dress and #135 the diaper cover?
Thank you so much for this beautiful video! I tried to do it, but I’m left-handed and I got confused. Do you have a left-handed version of this dress? I would love to make it for my granddaughter. She is a little over a year old and has a new brother! I made them several outfits from your patterns! His christening is next month. I would love to make this dress for her. Thank you so much!
Im sorry I don’t but if you put your phone or device in front of a mirror and watch through the mirror will help. Here’s the link to all left handed tutorials in my channel too th-cam.com/play/PLiGQpEa3IKJ8zZzVBqD57PqxzKp8SOWJ6.html&si=E-1tE8YpaOafaCOK
Wow this is a beautiful dress. I am going to try it with Mandala Sparkle yarn that I have (i hope it turns out as beautiful as yours) Thank you for the tutorial💕
It could be at the beginning of the row or the previous row. It’s not much of a difference so I would just continue like that and reduce 4 random stitches on the next row.
Such a beautiful and well taught project that I'm working on at the moment. Would anyone be able to tell me the stitch count for increasing in size please? I guess I'm just working for more fans at the beginning but what multiples would I need to go up by on my beginning chain to achieve this? I want to make a matching one for my two year old too so increasing hook size would be too gappy a look x
I am so glad I found you, I am a new subscriber. and I love your work. Your lessons are so clear and easy to understand. I am going to make this little dress and a couple more for sure. Thank you for sharing!
Very pretty dress easy to follow instructions expect you don't show how to join the arm holes you mark them but you don't join. Can you please tell me how you join them
Thank you for such well explanation on this & all of your pattern and such beautiful dress, just want to know why my first six roads comes out to ruffle & kind of bigger if I'm using same side of hook and same side of yarn? Will you be kind enough and explain to me please? May God the Lord bless you...
I found a pretty pink color but it's a medium 4 , should I still use the same size hook it find a lighter yarn ? It's so hard to find the right shade of pink as it is. Thank you as always. Your tutorials are the best
This is super cute, i made 3 pieces of it. I have two questions here . What is the benefit of turning at each fan raw ? What is the most reliable baby measurment chart ? Thank you Sara .
No benefits at all other than the look of the stitch. To me it looks better when you turn for every row but if you prefer can be done without turning. As far as measurements google is my best friend for that 😉
Just finished my project, I wish you had an Instagram account so that I can tag you on the project. Turned out beautifully, now on to the bloomers 😃 You are amazing!

Hi. I am finishing up this dress and am confused about the 2 buttons. Did I miss something in the video? I made the buttonholes like you taught..i somehow missed the part if actually applying the buttons. Thank you.
Yes you can use cotton thread. If you use #4 cotton thread you can just use a 5.5mm hook to get that size. However if you use #3 or 2 strands of #10 cotton thread I’m not sure since it’s very thin. I’ll try to make it bigger and upload the video once it’s ready. I’m thinking 91 chains.
Thank you for your tutorial. I’m making it now. I just have one question once the sleeves are set on that little first part you don’t put any more on it right! You just keep making the dress part?
I’m glad you like my channel and yes I will always make my tutorials in Spanish and English. I try to upload both videos at the same time but sometimes when they are too long it takes longer to edit and upload to TH-cam so don’t worry if you only see a tutorial in Spanish, the other video in English will be available soon too usually the next day. Thanks for watching and subscribing to my channel 😊
Sorry yo ask you this I watched your video 3 times you seem to skip row 8.its jumps from mid of row 7 to 8 .do I make the 8th row the same as 7 .I'm from South Africa. Thanks
Hi I am so confused 😕 I don't understand the sleeves mine are not connected . I made the sweater was ok so can you explain that please mine is one big circle.ty
OK...I am confused now. You went from row 7 to row 9...where is row 8? It is at about 9:40.
Oops I said row 8 buts it’s row 7. Row 8 is the last row and not row 9. I lost count lol 😆 sorry about that 😬
Love your baby clothes design very pretty

Love your channel, on the six fans I got 44 dc no 40,
Can you help me to see where I miss your instruction.
It could be at the beginning of the row or the previous row. It’s not much of a difference so I would just continue like that and reduce 4 random stitches on the next row.

The stitch multiple for the base chain is 4+1. Good luck 👍

Very pretty dress easy to follow instructions expect you don't show how to join the arm holes you mark them but you don't join. Can you please tell me how you join them
Not sure if I understand your question since I do show how to divide your sleeves stating at about the 21:00 minute mark. Is this what you mean?
I know you divide them how do you connect. Them to each other with a double crochet front post?
Yes with a FP double crochet.
Ok thank you very much. Love the dress
You’re welcome 😉
Very cute😇
Thanks 😊
Hi following you. Have done many of your patterns.i have been asked to make a baby bee outfit. Do you have a tutorial please. Carol. Thankyou.
Hi. Glad you like my tutorials but unfortunately I don’t have tutorial for that. Thanks for watching 😊
Sooo pretty
Glad you like it 😊
Somehow I ended up with 24 fans not 19 😂 I'm so confused don't know where I went wrong. Better start again.
If you like the way it looks don’t start again just divide your sleeves so they are both proportionally balanced. Good luck 👍
Unfortunately I attempted to reel it back, and made a mess of it so might as well start again. Thanks though!
Really don't know where I went wrong. Tried again and ended up with 15 fans 😂
Wow lol it could be at the beginning when you make the v stitches.
Crochet For Baby haha I just can't do it
Thank you for such well explanation on this & all of your pattern and such beautiful dress, just want to know why my first six roads comes out to ruffle & kind of bigger if I'm using same side of hook and same side of yarn? I found a pretty pink color but it's a medium 4 , should I still use the same size hook it find a lighter yarn ? It's so hard to find the right shade of pink as it is. Thank you as always. Your tutorials are the best
Hi. If you use med #4 yarn with same hook it will come out bigger. If you can go down a hook size using that yarn would be the best thing. Good luck 👍
@@CrochetForBaby thank you so much I'm making it now
If I want to make it as pictured, do I start with white first and when do I change over to pink?
The yarn I used for the top part I show in the video. I changed to just pink after the yoke was done.
As far as measurements google is my best friend for that 😉
Ok so when we connect the 2 sides. Are you doing fpdc( front post double crochet)into the below the row of sc chain3?

How do you complete the sleeves?
Where do you join for the arms?
I want to make is beautiful dress for new born baby girl how many chains I have to do?
Just make it in the same way but use a hook one size smaller like 3mm or 3.5.
Crochet For Baby thanks for replying 🙏🏻

Did you change the colour of the yarn for the main dress?
I did because the self pattering yarn for the skirt was not working for me so I just used a solid color by the same brand.
Hi. I wanted to ask, was it one ball of yarn that you used total?
