Tapered bearings are so simple to install and more durable then the ball bearings. Do it to all of my trikes as soon as I get them. Fantastic video again sir👍
@@Mrcbuilds you wrench, he pushes, and I shred the grass.... fair enough hahahahahahahah maybe I'll make a video of me with a tape measure showing the adequate depth of ruts if you ride your ATC properly hahahahahahahah
I just put the All Balls steering bearing kit in my ATC200S. It wasn't as bad as I had expected. I decided to drill the steering stem and add a grease zerk so I can keep the bearings full of fresh grease. It seems to work well.
Good video, a trick to catching the ball bearings Is place heavy duty rare earth magnets around the neck, used that on my big red,and the 250sx, didn't lose a single one. Hope your not melting to much in Florida. Thanks for the great video. Stay Cool brother.
Its been a scorcher for sure, that's why I moved into the garage. (a/c unit) just until it cools back off. I have used duck tape sticky side out and make a cup to catch them, but I knew I was replacing these, so it didn't really matter. Thanks for watching!
Hello! I have the same kit and am in the middle of installing it on my 350X. When installing it I noticed that the top race is a little over 11mm tall where the seat where the race installs in the frame is only 8.25mm deep. Watching your video, it looks like your top race sticks out of the frame also. Is this the way it's supposed to be? Want to thank you for making these videos to help out guys like me!
@@traviswilliamson842 those are 3x5 L.e.d. back up lights for a semi truck, I made my own bracket that bolts to the factory headlight shell wiring was straight forward, high/low ground.
Do the 350x forks have a groove in them that sets them the same length like a liquid R does..... I've heard uneven forks can throw off handling because one is more compressed then the other and can cause death wobble too

Good video as always. I have learned a ton from you. Any plans on doing a fork seal video. I have a 83 250r and right fork is leaking at bottom of boot. I first thought it was the brake line at the clamp. But it’s the seal
I got a 83 200 X bearings fell all apart when I took steering stem apart, so I can get the measurement. wouldn’t happen to know whether I would need the washer on the bottom or not?
Great vid. I appreciated your suggestions but when 2 more girls showed up and the hot tub was uncovered, you were going to be moved off the top of the list. Priorities sir!!!!!!!!!!!

@Mrcbuilds hey I have question do they have a conversion kit for the steering stem for a atc 200m
@@WingStop-zv1sk if you mean to convert to a captured bearing yes. all of the 185-200cc 3 wheelers take the same bearings.

What goes into fitting them led pods into the stock 350x headlight housing?
I made my own brackets so i could keep the factory attachment points and surround.

Do you install the lower race flush with the frame opening or hammer it all the way past flush til it bottoms out up in the headset.
The lower racw bottoms out deep in the tube, the upper race is proud and sticks out of the tube a little bit.
Thank you but I mean does the race need to be all the way up against the factory stop up in the headset or just flush with the opening...thank you 😊
