The cheering isn't live recorderd... The Dutch Producer also selled his way of post processing in the format. So What you hear isn't annoing audience, it is an annoing format :-D. For example listen to the crappy laughing @ 3.46 min then you get it.

You dont even have to be a professional just a natural; think of people who can harmonise/improvise and dont even practice you just have to HEAR music really well. Trust.
@@michaelb9554 Believe me I play keys at an open mic every week and they want you play everything of the cuff.
Most sing is off the Cuff/Occasion...with the bands listening for the key/chord to accompany/become part of the sound/background

I watch this every once in a while because this man taught me to sing for so many years and it gives me goosebumps to know that he’s appreciated by so many. Miss you jaz!!

Awww I love how Will.i.am turned a complete 180, from saying he didn't want Jaz to sing additional songs to completely supporting it when he heard that Jaz wanted to sing a song he wrote and had so many feelings for. These two renditions of "A Team" and "Ordinary People" are genuinely the best I have heard, and make me want to listen to them over and over again.
I get goosebumps everytime i hear this. EVERY TIME.

What a gift. He gives Will.i.am a huge gift by choosing to sing Ordinary People, a song that Will.i.am wrote with John Legend. It doesn't get better than that as an artist. Wow!
i can definitely feel what jessie n will were feeling..i mean those people who audition.. they are all just "ordinary people,we don't know which way to go"..that appeals to most of us..hopin' that this one shot will change their lives forever.
um arguably one of the most powerful and emotionally impacting auditions I've ever seen that I can remember.

I think nobody realises that will.i.am wrote that song with John Legend. I feel like that added to why he felt emotional
And also regrets giving it to John Legend to sing. Will I Am knew the song was amazing but it didn't hit the heights it could have with Legend.
@@seanforster1758 I don't think he regrets it at all to be honest. It was nominated for Song of the Year at the 2006 Grammy Awards and John Legend won Best Male R&B Vocal Performance for his singing in Ordinary People that year as well!

Indignant, ignorant crowd...they should have just silently enjoyed Jaz Ellington's beautiful rendition of 'Ordinary People'...their cheering and clapping while he belted out this number that's close to Will.I.am's heart really spoilt it for me...
I never liked the song, 'Ordinary People' before I heard this rendition of it a few days ago. Now I watch this video a few times a day. I always loved the 'A Team' song, but this was the best I've ever heard it sung. What a fabulous singer! The audience should not have kept trying to clap in time with the music, their noise clapping and shouting was so distracting. Yes, clap, cheer, shout and stand up for such a stunning performance, but please hold back until the end. Jaz, what a great name as well. Plus, well done the musicians coming in so well part-way through the second song. That's hard to get right, especially with that style of music. When a singer can turn a song you don't like in to one you love, that's a very special talent.
So his name is "Jaz" Ellington... way back before pop and R&B, "Duke" Ellington was one of the biggest jazz composers during that time and is still celebrated by jazz enthusiasts today... transcending musicians through generations? Haha

Beautiful, but I kind of wish the audience wouldn't clap and cheer during the second part. He paid tribute to Will by singing one of his songs, a song that cuts deep into his heart. IMO it would have been more appropriate with a silent audience.
