(no offense to mattel)it's because my american girl dolls are better thean the barbie and because not like barbie dolls the my american girl dolls are based on a real life person has it's own traits and it's own personality unfortunatley barbie has the same story the only thing different is there style and they all have the same face mold unlike the AG dolls there face molds are all different like i said because they are dolls that are based on a real life person..... so thanks anyway for your time:)
