I can get in the bad habit (and I think many creatives do) of consuming content more than we create it, along with that beautiful white space in between consuming and creating. I now only allow myself to listen to 1 podcast episode a day and read no more than 5 blog posts a day.
Who was the author mentioned at 54.58 after Ursula Franklin. I could not get the name clearly, sounded like Toe Vianson and the title (did a search but could find it). He said he wanted his family to be like! Thank you

So true. Great strategies. Monitoring screen time is also helpful if you have an iPhone.
