Metal has the most potential for good lyrics out of any genre. :( For examples: Gojira, sybreed, cynic, nevermore, sometimes meshuggah... A lot of artists also try enough to be able to take them seriously while listening. But if they are not going to be taken seriously, it helps if the silliness or absurdity of them is actually done well enough to seem genuinely absurd, like devin townsend does, or anaal nathrakh.
